SHIPPING
Australia - Sendle Domestic Carbon Neutral
We aim to have orders processed and collected by Sendle within 48 hours of your order being placed. Shipping within Australia has a standard delivery of 3-7 business days (metro areas). If you are in a rural area, please allow an extra 1-2 business days. Express shipping has a delivery time of 1-3 days. Please allow up to 24 hrs for the order to be processed prior to sending.
International - Sendle International Carbon Neutral
International shipping costs are calculated by weight and priced based on delivery zone. This has a standard delivery timeframe of 7-15 business days. In some regions, this can take longer so please allow between one to four weeks for delivery. Delivery can sometimes be further delayed due to customs which is out of our control. We do not take responsibility for lost packages or those damaged in transit. Please note prices are not inclusive of customs, duties and taxies. These are the responsibility of the customer.
You will receive notification once your package has been sent.
There may be delays during promotional periods and holiday seasons.

RETURNS
Refunds
We offer refunds on full priced items purchased online within 14 days of receipt of goods. Goods must be in original condition and include original packaging. Once the return has been processed, the original payment method will be refunded in full for the value of the item(s) returned excluding shipping costs associated with the order. Please note we cannot change card numbers or refund via a different method or to a different person.
Once your refund has been processed, depending on your payment method, please allow up to 3 business days for the funds to appear back into your account.
We do not offer refunds on gift cards or any discounted items, including any promotional discounts. We do not offer exchanges.
Please email hello@flaura.com.au including your Order number & Return in subject line. You will receive a response from us within 1-3 business days with details of return address and confirmation of your refund.
Faulty items
If your item arrives damaged this needs to be reported within 14 days of receipt for replacement, repair or refund. Goods with manufacturing faults after wear need to be reported within 3 months of purchase for repair if possible or replacement. Please note that items which have been damaged as a result of incorrect garment care or general wear are not considered to be faulty.

Please note: To be eligible for a refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and your item(s) must be unused and in original condition/packaging. If you do not meet these conditions, the refund is unable to be processed.
Non-returnable items: All sale items or items purchased using discount codes as part of a sale are not eligible for return.
