Some helpful tips to best care for your garments.

When washing hemp, ensure you set your machine on a cool to warm temperature, never hot, and keep it on a gentle spin cycle with similar coloured garments to protect those precious fibres.
Don’t bother with dry cleaning your hemp, as it is better to wash with water.
We recommend laying your garment flat and neatly in the shade.
Gently pull items into shape where needed and line dry.
Do not tumble dry.

To give your silk garments the best life, hand washing is the way to go. Follow these simple instructions below to give your silk pieces a little freshen up.
Place your silk garment in cold water with a mild silk-friendly detergent.
Leave to soak (no more than 5 minutes).
Swish the garment slowly and gently.
Rinse with fresh water
To help keep its hydrated feel, use a fabric conditioner in the final rinse (or even a small amount of hair conditioner).
Rinse well in cold water.
Ball your silk together to remove excess moisture (wringing your silk out will damage it’s fibres). Then lay it flat and roll it in a towel to absorb any lingering moisture.
Lay flat to dry.

Even though this blended fabric is 70% Cotton it is still important to wash your garments delicately to take care of the silk. We recommend hand-washing where possible.
To wash your garment in the machine follow these simple instructions:
Always use a garment bag and do not overfill the machine.
Using a gentle/natural soap is best for your clothes and the environment
Wash on a cold to warm setting and set your cycle on delicate with no spin.
Once the cycle is finished remove from the machine and gently roll garment up in a towel to remove excess moisture.
Hang neatly in the shade and allow to air dry.
